It’s that time of year again! As we’re recovering from the excitement of the last week - well let's be honest, the last month - let’s take a moment to sip a warm beverage and review the advancements made to the Infoplus Product in 2022. And then, we will look at the goals and plans for Infoplus in 2023. 

2022 Infoplus Product Recap

The Infoplus Development Team had a busy year. In 2022, they released over 660 points of development effort covering 93 stories (32 Feature enhancements, 54 bug fixes, and 7 new carrier integrations with Lasership, FedEx Cross Border, Axlehire, Loomis, Spee-Dee, OSM Worldwide, and UPS Ground Collect). Some of the highlights from the Infoplus Development Team include: 

• New Order Processing Architecture (currently ready and going live in January)

• Rate Limiting v1.0
• Warehouse Inventory Table to Support Businesses with 10+ Warehouses
• Returns Module v1.0
• eHub Shipping Partnership v1.0

2023: What’s in the Pipeline

2023 is shaping up to be a year of progress. The Infoplus Development Team has lofty goals to get the entire Infoplus product in a state to handle significantly higher volume, storage, and speed through database, infrastructure, and processing improvements. Once these steps are taken, the focus will shift to developing new features and enhancing existing features. 2023 still has capacity for some exciting new development, including PIT Cycle Counts, Loads v2.0, and Returns v2.0.
