Call Center: Fulfill a Gift Card

Learn how to use the Infoplus Call Center to fulfill an existing gift card via one of two ways.

You can only fulfill gift cards with the status of “Ordered”. Fulfilling a gift card allows the customer to begin using the gift card. You can only fulfill one gift card at a time.


To fulfill a gift card, you will need the account number of the card the customer will use.


Fulfilling a gift card is a process in Infoplus. You can begin the process from the “Call Center” app or from within the “Gift Card” table.

From the “Call Center” App:

  1. Access the “Call Center” app. See Access the "Call Center" App for help.
  2. Click the “Fulfill Gift Card” process. You will be taken to the “Gift Card” table.
  3. Select the gift card to be fulfilled by clicking the checkbox next to the gift card. You can only fulfill one gift card at a time.
  4. Enter the account number of the gift card the customer will use.
  5. Click Next. If the card number is valid, the Review screen appears.
  6. Review the planned actions, and click Next. The gift card will be fulfilled.
  7. Click Done.

From within the “Gift Card” table:

  1. Access the “Gift Card” table. See Access the "Gift Card" Table for help.
  2. Select the gift card to be fulfilled by clicking the checkbox next to the gift card. You can only fulfill one gift card at a time.
  3. Click the Actions button, and select Fulfill Gift Cards.
  4. Enter the account number of the gift card the customer will use.
  5. Click Next. If the card number is valid, the Review screen appears.
  6. Review the planned actions, and click Next. The gift card will be fulfilled.
  7. Click Done.
