Call Center: Resend Gift Card Emails

If you need to resend a gift card email in the Infoplus Call Center, these are the step-by-step instructions for that process.

You can only resend gift card emails for gift cards with a “Card Type” of “electronic.”

Resending gift card emails is a process in Infoplus. You can begin the process from the “Call Center” app or from within the “Gift Card” table.


From the “Call Center” app:

  1. Access the “Call Center” app. See "Access the "Call Center" App for help.
  2. Click the “Resend Gift Card Emails” process. You will be taken to the “Gift Card” table.
  3. Select the gift card(s) to be fulfilled by clicking the checkbox next to the gift card(s).
    NOTE: You can only resent gift card emails to gift cards with a “Card Type” of “electronic.”
  4. Click the Next link at the top of the window.
  5. Review the planned actions, and click Next. The email will be sent.
  6. Click Done.

From within the “Gift Card” table:

  1. Access the “Gift Card” table. See "Access the "Gift Card" Table for help.
  2. Select the gift card(s) to be fulfilled by clicking the checkbox next to the gift card(s).
    NOTE: You can only resent gift card emails to gift cards with a “Card Type” of “electronic.”
  3. Click the Actions button, and select Resent Gift Card Emails.
  4. Enter the account number of the gift card the customer will use.
  5. Click Next. If the card number is valid, the Review screen appears.
  6. Review the planned actions, and click Next. The email will be sent.
  7. Click Done.
