If you need to resend a gift card email in the Infoplus Call Center, these are the step-by-step instructions for that process.
You can only resend gift card emails for gift cards with a “Card Type” of “electronic.”
Resending gift card emails is a process in Infoplus. You can begin the process from the “Call Center” app or from within the “Gift Card” table.
From the “Call Center” app:
- Access the “Call Center” app. See "Access the "Call Center" App for help.
- Click the “Resend Gift Card Emails” process. You will be taken to the “Gift Card” table.
- Select the gift card(s) to be fulfilled by clicking the checkbox next to the gift card(s).
NOTE: You can only resent gift card emails to gift cards with a “Card Type” of “electronic.” - Click the Next link at the top of the window.
- Review the planned actions, and click Next. The email will be sent.
- Click Done.
From within the “Gift Card” table:
- Access the “Gift Card” table. See "Access the "Gift Card" Table for help.
- Select the gift card(s) to be fulfilled by clicking the checkbox next to the gift card(s).
NOTE: You can only resent gift card emails to gift cards with a “Card Type” of “electronic.” - Click the Actions button, and select Resent Gift Card Emails.
- Enter the account number of the gift card the customer will use.
- Click Next. If the card number is valid, the Review screen appears.
- Review the planned actions, and click Next. The email will be sent.
- Click Done.
