How to resend Order Emails via the Resend Order Email Receipts process in the Call Center app.
Call Center: Resend Order Email Receipts
Resending email receipts is a process in Infoplus. You can begin the process from the “Call Center” app or from within the “OMS Orders” table.
From the “Call Center” app:
- Access the “Call Center” app. See Access the "Call Center" App for help.
- Click the “Resend Order Email Receipts” process. You will be taken to the “OMS Orders” table.
- Select the order(s) for which you want to resend email receipts by clicking the checkbox next to each order.
- After making your selections, click the Next link at the top of the window.
- Review the selected order(s), and then click Next to resend the email receipt(s). The email(s) will be sent.
- Click Done.
From within the “OMS Order” table:
- Access the “OMS Order” table. See Access the "OMS Order" Table for help.
- Click the checkbox next to each order for which you want to resent email receipts.
- Click the Actions button and select Resent Order Email Receipts.
- Review the selected order(s), and then click Next to resend the email receipt(s). The email(s) will be sent.
- Click Done.
