Call Center: Search for (View) a Customer
Learn how to search for a particular customer within the Infoplus Call Center quickly and easily.
Two methods in which to search for a customer:
- Enter a keyword (i.e., last name) into the Quick Search field at the top of any window. This field searches all of Infoplus. See Use Quick Search for more information
- In the “OMS Customer” table, enter text into the Search field at the top of the table. Infoplus searches every field in the table for the text you typed. See Search Within Tables for more information.
