Classic Mobile Floor App: Order Inquiry

How to perform an order inquiry using the Infoplus desktop or mobile app.

From a mobile unit or desktop computer, look up the status of an order, the carrier, line items, and shipping and billing addresses using the Order Inquiry Mobile Floor App.  

Use the Order Inquiry Mobile Floor App

1. Access the Order Inquiry Mobile Floor App. Two ways:
   1. On a desktop computer: From the Dashboard, click the Mobile Floor Apps tab. Then click Order Inquiry.
   2. On a mobile unit: Tap Order Inquiry.
      
      
2. If prompted, select the appropriate Warehouse. You will then be prompted to Scan or enter the Order number.
   
   
   
   
3. Scan the order number you want to look up. Order details will display.
   
   NOTE: You can also type the order number into the field (the field is case sensitive). If typing, you will need to press Enter or click Search.
   
   
   
   
4. You can stay on this screen to enter another order number or return to the Dashboard by tapping the   button in the upper left corner and scrolling to Dashboard.
