View a Work Batch

A work batch contains all work tickets from a fulfillment process.

View a Work Batch

A Work Batch contains all work tickets generated from running a process. For example, when running Fulfillment, the work generated for the Fulfillment Process will be part of a Work Batch (e.g. Pick Work). The Work Batch ID will display in your associated process records. 

Here is an example of a Fulfillment Process record and it's associated Work Batch showing all Related Work:

NOTE: You can jump to a Work Batch record from a Fulfillment Process record by clicking on the ID in the process record.

View a Work Batch

1. Access the "Work Batch" table. Two ways:
   From the Dashboard: Click the “Warehouse Operations” tab, click the “Work Management” App, then click the “Work Batch” Table.
   From the Quick Actions shortcut: Press a dot (period) on your keyboard, then select “Work Batch” Table from the list of Quick Actions.
   
   The "Work Batch" table will appear.
   
   
   
   
2. Click on a Work Batch record to view the Related Work.
