View Shopping Cart Connection Log
The Shopping Cart Connection Log table provides a record of all activity involving Shopping Cart Connections. By filtering the table in different ways, you can quickly find out what has been happening:
- Filter by Shopping Cart Connection to learn about past activity for a connection relating to a specific Shopping Cart provider (e.g. Shopify, Magento).
NOTE: Multiple connections can exist for a given provider. See the Shopping Cart Connection table for a full list of connections.
- Filter by Type to see imported and exported information, when orders shipped, and more.
View the Shopping Cart Connection Log
- Go to the Shopping Cart Connection Log table. Two ways:
- From the Dashboard: Click the “Account Management” tab, click the “Shopping Cart” App, then click the “Shopping Cart Connection Log” Table.
- From the Quick Actions shortcut: Press a dot (period) on your keyboard, then select “Shopping Cart Connection Log” from the list of Quick Actions. - The Shopping Cart Connection Log table appears.
- The Shopping Cart Connection column shows the Shopping Cart Connection for which the activity occurred. See the Notes column for details.
- The Type column shows the type of activity that resulted in the change. Activities include:
- Canceled Order: The order mentioned in the Notes field was canceled.
- Exported Inventory Levels: Infoplus pushed (or attempted to push) inventory levels of specific Items to a Shopping Cart provider. If successful, the SKUs of associated Items appear in the Notes field.
- Imported Order: Infoplus pulled in an order from a Shopping Cart provider. The Order number appears in the Notes field.
- Manual Order Import: An Infoplus user initiated a request to pull in Orders from a Shopping Cart provider.
NOTE: Manual imports are initiated from records in the Shopping Cart Connection table using the Import Orders process (Actions menu).
- Manual Inventory Export: An Infoplus user initiated a request to push inventory levels of specific Items to a Shopping Cart provider. If successful, the SKUs of associated Items appear in the Notes field.
NOTE: Manual exports are initiated from records in the Shopping Cart Connection table using the Export Inventory process (Actions menu).
- Marked Order As Shipped: The order mentioned in the Notes field was shipped.
- Search For New Orders and Search For Canceled Orders: These Types are relevant only for ChannelAdvisor. Information is synchronized between Infoplus and ChannelAdvisor every fifteen minutes. A log entry is created for each search event, and the Notes field indicates whether new orders were found.
