Infoplus Product Update - August 18, 2023
The Headlines:
This week’s product release included two bug fixes:
- Bug Fix: Canceled Jobs Stuck in "Pending" Status
- Bug Fix: API runFulfillmentPlan Request Not Returning Error when orderNoList Array Null or Contains Non-Existent Order Numbers
Bug Fix: Canceled Jobs Stuck in "Pending" Status
Previously, when a user would take the steps to cancel a job, the job would not be able to be deleted, and instead would be stuck in a “Pending” status. With this release, users will be able to delete Job records after deleting or canceling their associated orders.
Bug Fix: API runFulfillmentPlan Request Not Returning Error when orderNoList Array Null or Contains Non-Existent Order Numbers
Previously, when running Fulfillment via the API using the runFulfillmentPlan endpoint, the request would not return an error when the given Order list (in the orderNoList array) was null, or contained a non-existent Order number. With this release, orderNoList is now a required field in the runFulfillmentPlan endpoint, and will return an error if it is null, empty, or contains any non-existent order numbers.
Other Items
While the current product release may not show it, considerable work is being performed to ready our software for improvement. Behind the scenes, our development team is diligently preparing to launch the enhanced Infoplus Order Service. The recent database upgrade on August 13th paves the way for this exciting new feature, promising even more value and efficiency for our users.
