Infoplus is focused on providing updated documentation and clarity for our API, maintaining necessary integrations, and tackling outstanding bug fixes. Here is what was released in last night’s product update:
With this update, users will receive a warning if they short a ticket while picking in the Infoplus mobile app, notifying them that they cannot come back to the pick work if they short the current ticket.
Additionally, there is now an audit record for both the work ticket and the fulfillment process showing that the ticket was short-picked.
If you want to see all records that have been short-picked, you can search on the "Work" table for the tag "ipsys-user-confirmed-short-pick”. See image below
When uploading items in Infoplus via the API, there is a field called “majorGroupId” and one called “subGroupId”. These two fields represent the more commonly understood field names, “Category” and “Sub Category”.
For clarity, descriptions around this have been added to the Infoplus API Reference Site.
If you are writing an external program that calls the API, such as grabbing an item’s SKU, you will need to refer to ‘sku’ in lowercase. However, if you are using the API in a script that runs internally within Infoplus, you will need to reference “SKU’ in uppercase. The requirements are noted in the Infoplus API Reference Site.
The same lower vs uppercase also applies to SKU in these other API objects:

Once an Order has a shipment and the package label has been generated, you no longer have the ability to rate shop.
This prevents users from encountering an error where the label becomes unrecoverable because the carrier does not recognize the request.
There was a bug that caused users to receive an error when requesting to add the parcel accessory, Adult Signature, for orders containing alcoholic products. Now, users can add this parcel accessory without an error.
Previously, territories in addresses would get truncated and cause an error during address validation. With this update, territories will no longer get truncated and users should not receive this error during address validation going forward.
As an Infoplus user, if I partially receive an ASN line item, the ASN Line Item Status should show 'Partially Received' and also show a 'Received Quantity'. Previously, if a user received part of an ASN, the ASN status would only show “Received”, not reflecting that only part of the ASN was received into the warehouse.
When using interactive receiving in the mobile app, there was an error when clicking on the “Use Total Quantity’ button if the order had already been partially received. Now, when users select ‘Use Total Quantity’ when receiving a partially received order, the application will work as expected.
