In our latest release, we're pleased to reveal several bug fixes and some improvements to our product.
When Rate Shopping using EasyPost parcel accounts, if EasyPost returned an error, sometimes a generic "contact Support" error would be displayed rather than the descriptive error message from EasyPost. This has been fixed and users should see more descriptive error message if one comes back from EasyPost while Rate Shopping.
When shipping FedEx Ground or Ground Home Delivery with eHub, if no rates were returned for the services, a vague error message would appear; now, a more descriptive error message should be displayed in these cases.
If a script is used to make a HTTP call to Shopify and a Shopify API version is specified in the call, it will now be replaced by the most up-to-date version of Shopify that Infoplus supports. This is to avoid making calls that include deprecated endpoints.
Previously, KOD component Serial Numbers would only be displayed on the system-generated KOD order. Now, KOD component Serial Numbers can be viewed on both the system-generated KOD order and the parent order, under the "Serial No" tab.
