In this week's product update, we're excited to introduce two powerful new features and expand our shipping options with two additional carriers through our premier shipping partner, eHub. As we gear up for the upcoming holiday season, don't miss the chance to explore the cost-effective shipping rates offered by eHub. Make sure to activate eHub as your preferred shipping option.
Users will now be able to utilize FedEx domestic and international services and FedEx SmartPost with our shipping partner eHub! For accounts with eHub enabled, when creating a Parcel Account, FedEx and FedEx SmartPost will be available as Carrier Company options when eHub is selected as the Manifest Partner.
If you are not currently using eHub, we strongly recommend adding them as an option in your shipping repertoire. eHub can save businesses up to $4K a day by providing some of the best shipping rates available. You can continue to use other shipping partners in tandem with eHub and rate shop to find the ideal rate for your parcels.

When performing Pick Work in the Mobile App, when asked to scan/confirm the quantity of the SKU being picked, there will now be a hyperlink on the SKU. When this is clicked, it takes the user to the Item Inquiry Mobile App, with that SKU’s record pulled up. This allows users to able to view the “Primary Image” and “Pick Image” of the SKU, which are visible within Item Inquiry, to ensure the correct item is being picked.
There are some cases where Orders will come in from outside sources that contain fields used in Order Insights value calculations that aren’t in line with SLA agreements - for example, the “Warehouse Service Type” or “Last Ship Date” coming in as values that add extra days to SLA Dates. To remedy this, users will now be able to use a new action on Orders after they change these fields to the desired values according to their SLA agreements. This new action, ‘Recalculate Insights,’ will perform a recalculation of Order Insights values, including SLA Status and SLA Date. There is a new permission, ‘Recalculate Insights’, that must be enabled for a User or Role in order to utilize this new process.
