Infoplus Product Update - October 8th, 2021
The Headlines: Update to EasyPost Integration for Billing, Bug Fix for Inner Pack and Pallet Picking
Infoplus released some updates, enhancements, and bug fixes last night. Below is a list of all the items that went out with this Product Update. Continue reading for a detailed description of some of the more impactful updates below.

Updated EasyPost Third Party Parcel Calls for Billing
We spent some time cleaning up the Infoplus databases and database connections to ensure label generation and order creation work as expected for Infoplus users. This update will decrease the outlier cases where label generation or order creation could take up to or more than 5 minutes.
Pick Work on App Showing Incorrect Pick Quantities on Inner Packs and Pallets
This bug fix is related to, when performing pick work, units reported for inner packs or pallets would not prompt the user to pick in those quantity types when UPC was used as the identifier.
With this release, Infoplus will now automatically convert inner pack and pallets to cases and eaches so the pick work is completed as expected.
