Product Update: Alternate Pick Locations, Bulk Load Items
Pick from an Alternate Location
Run the Alternate Pick Location Process to pull Items from a different location if they were found to be short in their originally allocated location. Infoplus will automatically adjust the quantity and create new pick work in an alternate location, allowing you to continue fulfilling your orders.
- Finds an Alternate Location and adjusts the original location’s item quantity to zero
- Switches the Order Allocation to the new Location and creates a new Pick Ticket
- Saves time from performing manual processes of Item adjustments to correct inventory levels
Learn how to use it in the Alternate Pick Location article in the Infoplus Knowledge Base.
Add Multiple Items at Once
Bulk Load of Items allows you to add multiple Items in a single process. This makes setting up Infoplus quick and easy. Upload a spreadsheet with your data, map your columns, and load all your Items at once.
- Reduce time adding Items individually
- Choose between a CSV or Excel spreadsheet to upload
- Create and save a Bulk Load Profile so that you only map your columns once

Bonus Updates
The Change Item Status Process changes an active Item’s status. Select from a dropdown menu of options like Active, Deplete or Blocked. Update one status or multiples at once.

The new Line Item Description Field on Packing Slips allows you to choose which description to display on your Packing Slip. Choose from three options: Packing Slip Description, Item Description, or Full Description -- which combines the Additional Description and Item Description.

Infoplus now remembers your last search query so you can return to the same search results that you set up after leaving any table. Save the query as a Smart Filter, clear the results or view the details of the search criteria.
