The Client will receive a Work Order after a 15-minute scoping call with the Professional Services team to ensure that all parties have an equal understanding of the project acceptance criteria and the expected cost.
This Work Order needs to be signed PRIOR to any work being undertaken by Infoplus.
Once the project is underway, Infoplus will update the client upon completion. The client will have 10 business days to either approve or make edits to the project.
Any edits needed after the 10-day approval period will necessitate a new project. After the approval period, the client will receive an invoice for time spent on the project.
