The Headlines:
After a couple of months focused on backend cleanup, research, and preparation for development in 2023, we have released our first product update of 2023. This update’s main highlight is the new feature to perform Cycle Counts on Locations that have SKUs with PITs. We also cover some ongoing updates and take a quick look at the goals for the product in Q1 of 2023.
- Cycle Counts for a Location with SKUs with Product ID Tags (PITs)

- Upcoming Q1 Product Goals
Cycle Counts for a Location with Items with Product ID Tags (PITs)
This long-awaited feature is finally here. Infoplus users can now perform Cycle Counts to check inventory status for locations with items that have Product ID Tags (PITs).
Previously, Cycle Counts could not be performed on locations that had SKUs with PITs. With this release, when performing Cycle Counts on a Location that contains SKUs with PITs, a Cycle Count work ticket will be created for each PIT in that Location. Cycle Counts performed with PITs included will have the same functionality as running a Cycle Count for locations without PITs.

Reminder: Returns Shipments Table is LIVE
Returns Shipment table in Infoplus and is available for use! This table mirrors the same data available on the Shipments table, except for any return labels generated.
You can keep track of all your return shipments, run reports and analyses on the data in this table, and see all your data (including tracking) in one place.
For more information on how this table works and how to utilize it, please reference this Knowledge Base article.
API Rate Limiting for System Stability
We recently implemented Rate Limiting into all live sites to deliver the best possible experience for all Infoplus users. Rate Limiting protects against slow performance, allows for scalability, and improves system stability.
The current API rate limit is 10 calls per user per second. Please make note that the Infoplus rate limit will decrease to 3 calls per user per second before the end of Q1. We will continue communicating a timeline for the change with more detail.
If you exceed the current 10 calls per user per second limit, you will receive a 429 error.
If you need help optimizing your API calls in light of the Rate Limits, the Infoplus Professional Services team is available for hourly consulting and development. To request a consult with Pro Services, please submit a new ticket.
