Infoplus released some updates, enhancements, and bug fixes last night. Below is a list of all the items that went out with this Product Update. Continue reading for a detailed description of some of the more impactful updates below.
We spent some time cleaning up the Infoplus databases and database connections to ensure label generation and order creation work as expected for Infoplus users. This update will decrease the outlier cases where label generation or order creation could take up to or more than 5 minutes.
Although Infoplus has many pre-set carrier connections, some users request additional carriers for their site. Recently, Infoplus set up LSO (Lone Star Overnight) as a compatible carrier in Infoplus through EasyPost.
LSO has some unique features that require users to leverage a manifest script to connect with Infoplus. If you are interested in having LSO or any other non-standard carriers added to your site, please contact Infoplus Support to start the process.

Some Infoplus users have noticed that when shipping with FedEx their orders default to Commercial even if they are residential. Sometimes this can cause unexpected costs for shipping because residential is typically more expensive than commercial. Infoplus defaults any error-ed responses from a carrier to Commercial, which is the root of this user experience.
Users can navigate to the Order Property Table to stop Infoplus from defaulting error-ed orders to Commercial. Read more on this issue and how to make it work better for you, here.
Some clients noticed the eBay integration with Infoplus was causing errors. We discovered the field for the API Token was not long enough to accommodate the Token accurately. We have fixed this issue and any eBay integration errors caused by this should be fixed now.
